Rich Jones, who formed WaveCrest in 2009, has extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate investment management including acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets, development and re-positioning of properties and asset management of the four major asset classes with specific emphasis on multi-family properties. His demonstrated success and expertise from over 30 years in the industry has resulted in closing transactions valued at more than $2.0 billion (>18 million square feet) of properties the Western US.
